Following the highly successful 10th DP Asia, the 11th Dynamic Positioning Asia will take place in 21-22 June 2023 at Singapore.
The event will bring together DP experts, new technologies, a supporting exhibition and networking opportunities for the region’s DP community.
Partnered with the Marine Technology Society (MTS) Dynamic Positioning Committee and the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) the 11th DP Asia will be a two-day event and will incorporate DP Workshops planned and executed by industry technical and operational experts from the MTS DP Committee and IMCA.
The Committee invites papers for the conference and workshop sessions on the following themes:
- New & Future DP Vessel Technological Development
- Verification and Validation of AC & DC Power Systems with Common Points
- DP FMEA Assurance & Periodical Verification & Validation
- Advances in Sensor and Position Reference System Technology
- DP Digitalisation
- DP Professional Competencies
- ASOG – Development, Implementation & Raising Awareness
- Procedural Discipline
The deadline for the submission of paper abstracts is 15th April 2023.

Dynamic positioning technology is constantly evolving through innovations and improvements. Rules and guidelines for all aspects of DP vessel design, operations and professional development are under continuous development and there is high focus on safety and best practice, towards the delivery of predictable and incident free DP operations.
The conference will be an excellent platform for the speakers to address an experienced audience of multi-disciplined DP experts and stakeholders.
